The Poetry of Murder takes place on the southside of Chicago in the Hyde Park community. Chicago is the largest city in Illinois.

Chicago was incorporated in 1837 and is located on the southwestern tip of Lake Michigan.  The city is known worldwide for its dramatic skyline, architecture, food, politics, sports teams and as the home of Oprah Winfrey and Harpo Productions.
